TRAVEL INFORMATION
Air transport
- Vienna International Airport (Austria)
– a minibus for your delegation can be arranged (5-8 passengers): one way cca 210€ (9-15 passengers cca 300€). Public transport (one way cca 30€/person all together)1. From Vienna airport is a regular coach service to Bratislava Airport.

- Prague Airport (Czech Republic)
Take a bus (Airport Express) to PrahaHlavniNadrazi (Prague Main Train Station). Then take a direct train to Žilina (450 km / 5-hour ride).
- Bratislava Airport (Slovak Republic)
Take a bus (line 61) to Bratislava – Hlavna Stanica (Bratislava Main Train Station). Then take a direct train to Žilina (200 km / 2,5-hour ride).
Railway transport
Railway station is situated just in the centre of Žilina. The railway connections can be checked at www.cp.sk. Tickets should be bought before boarding the train. It is still possible to buy a ticket in the train but it is not recommended to travel without a ticket, as there is a fine for travelling without it.
Bus / Slovak Lines transport
Central bus station is situated next to the railway station in the centre of Žilina. The bus connection can be found at www.cp.sk. The tickets are usually bought while boarding the bus.
There are going to be Delegation Guides waiting for each delegation upon their arrival. Therefore we kindly ask all the delegations to provide us with information of their arrival times.
